A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment, applied to your final total.

Remaining balance is due at your appointment. E-transfer and cash accepted.

Please provide 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations result in deposit forfeiture.

10-minute grace period, then $15 late fee applies.

Arriving 25+ minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

No-shows will be charged 50-100% of service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

Available for select areas outside Peterborough.

Travel fee applies based on distance.
